Many of the leaders we work with arrive at a point where something has shifted. A transition, a new role, mid-life — and the strategies that have carried them to where they are now no longer feel like enough. The effort of adapting to environments not built for how they think has accumulated into something that feels increasingly unmanageable.
The Inflection Practice was created for that moment.
We work with senior professionals whose minds work differently — whether or not they carry a formal diagnosis — providing specialist coach therapy that meets them where they are, not where a framework says they should be. Our work integrates therapeutic depth with executive coaching precision, tailored precisely to each individual rather than a model or programme.
This is not generic coaching. It is specialist, human, and grounded in doctoral-level inquiry into how leaders who think differently are best supported.
